HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet hiring requirements
- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle
- Sourcing/screening, short-listing profiles, candidates tracking and follow-up, processing cv's, updating / maintaining internal database
- Analyze requirement according to the specifications provided
- Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies
- Sourcing and Identifying potential candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, and Job Portals
- Be the bridge between the Candidate, SuperCFO Management team and the Clients
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Undertaking background checks
- Planning and scheduling interviews - online as well as in-person
- Developing questionnaire to aid with the hiring process
- Coordinating all documentation with respect to the candidate
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitments
- Self driven, motivated individual with a passion for recruiting
- Recruitment in the Finance and Accounts domain will be preferred
- The candidate must be a go getter, and demonstrate an ability to be proactive
